Blueberry Bundt Cake

When you ask me about my favorite beery I can confidently call blueberry. Except for useful vitamins,  this berry is the source of,  this ingredient has amazing taste and color and can be the greatest addition to each dessert and not only it. I can use it for sauces, add to salads and even in homemade masks for the skin. Nothing can change this special flavor of this perfect berry.


This recipe that I want to share is not only about blueberry – it’s a combination of one and lemon. Sounds great and tastes the same as sounds. On the days of the end of the summer, I suggest you the best cake which stores your memories of this hot time. The Blueberry Bundle Cake is amazing because it combines two very different tastes: lemon and blueberry.

They go very well together. The lemon glaze adds to this cake something extra. To make this cake you have to know the little secret: all the berries on the bottom of the cake will be on the top when you will turn it up. So let’s note this recipe and start to make the best Blueberry Bundt Cake.

Let’s try to prepare it! So, to cook this perfect cake you need to have these ingredients:

  1. 2 + 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  5. 2/3 cup of milk
  6. 2/3 cup of heavy cream
  7. 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  8. 2 + 3/4 cups of sugar
  9. 1 + 3/4 butter (softened)
  10. 5 big eggs
  11. 1 + 1/3 of fresh blueberries


To prepare this cake in the medium bowl mix flour, salt, cornstarch, and baking soda and stir them. Add milk, cream, vanilla, cream butter, and sugar to this mixture. Then add eggs, attentively, one at a time. In the end, you should add the rest of the flour. After that, please, prepare the pan for baking with butter and a few pinches of flour, spreading over the pan and pour the batter. At the top of the batter add fresh blueberry. Put the pan to the oven and bake at 325F for 1 hour or until prepared. Pour a creme or a melted ice cream on the top of the dessert and enjoy it!
