I have a sweet tooth. I love desserts so much, but I don’t have a lot of free time to prepare different difficult cakes. Because it requires to make the dough, cream, and topping. Except for it, you need to decorate your masterpiece. You should be attentive and creative. Every dessert I made includes the part of my heart. I like it because I am a creative person and I like to cook.
But I have some special days when I’m so tired and so busy deciding what I want to prepare. At these moments I look for some yummy recipes like this one. The main advantage of this recipe is that this cake is easy to prepare and very-very delicious. I must specify that this cake is Gluten-free and vegan. I used only useful and delicious ingredients for this dessert to give it not only perfect taste, but also enrich it by good chemical elements, and avoid harmful substances.
So, if you liked this dessert, you would buy a lot of peanuts and bananas, because they are the main ingredients of this dish. The process of preparing this cake is divided into three parts: for the cake bottom, for the filling, for garnish. So, take your notebooks and pencils and write the list of required ingredients.
For the cake bottom:
Medjool Dates, bananas, coconut nectar, heaping cups unsalted peanuts, vegan dark chocolate, broke into pieces
For the filling:
unsalted peanuts, vegan cream cheese, heaping cup coconut nectar
vegan dark chocolate shavings (I used a knife, but feel free to use a mandolin for similar results), bananas, unsalted peanuts
Ingredients of each group should be mixed together and blended (except for garnish). When your cake will be ready for decorating fill the top of the cake of bananas, nuts, and caramel.
