Fresh Peach Cobbler



It is still hot weather, but you can feel the approximation of fall. You feel it not only because of the weather, you are surfing into the problems of school cares. Books, new warm clothes and shoes, copybooks and different school supplies is reminding you all the time to forget about hot summer. When I recognize that summer is finishing I always have a depression. I dislike this rainy cool weather, falling leaves and unpleasant wind. Only cooking can help me in these days. I like to be at the kitchen and bake, make something delicious and create sheltered pot inside our house. Anyway I like coking in any season, mood and time.

Being inspired I decided to prepare this amazing cake from summer ingredients. I don’t want to bid farewell with the hottest season of the year! I want to share with you this Fresh Peach Cobbler. Nice and tender dessert, that need some time and patience from you. It is some difficult recipe because you need to prepare filling, topping and additional topping separately. But ingredients are simple: (for the filling) 8 fresh peaches, organic brown and organic sugar, lemon juice, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg; (for the topping) flour, baking powder, some salt and butter, boiling water; (for additional topping) organic sugar and cinnamon. As you can read, all ingredients you can find into the fridge or on the shelves. Instruction of preparation is easy. All ingredients for each layer must be mixed together and baked; to make topping you need to use pastry blender and add ingredients in some order, sprinkle cinnamon and lemon juice and bake too.
