Gingerbread with vanilla cream is perfect idea for your Thanksgiving celebration! Gingerbread has been dear to my heart since I was tiny. It has the taste of childhood. My mom was a good housewife and she liked cooking. When Thanksgiving was coming my sister and I were waiting for this day, because mom baked the yummiest gingerbread. Except it, mom often prepared another dessert, but this one has the taste of my happy time when I was a child and all I worried about were Santa’s presents…and waiting for Thanksgiving:) So, if you like gingerbread like me, you’ll like this recipe. Because it is traditional recipe with addition vanilla cream to the top. It serves like good decoration of this bread and also gives some special tender taste making dessert wet and very yummy. I think this recipe will be liked by people who love old-fashioned recipes and want to invest something new inside them. I don’t know if I am this person, but I liked this recipe and I can advise you to prepare this light dessert for Thanksgiving celebration, especially if you will do it with your children.
