I often face with such problem. Today I’m going to tell you one simple and healthy decision. And I’m sure everyone will like it. This is Healthy 4-Ingredient Maple Peanut Butter Fudge.

Why simple? Because you need only need 4 ingredients to make this fantastic dessert. There are: maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil and salted peanuts. The preparing is also simple: just combine all ingredients and mix them together, then freeze for 2-3 hours and sweet little cups are ready!

Why healthy? The main ingredient of this dessert is peanut butter. It is important to use only natural one. As a result you will get vegan, gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free dessert. Yummy and healthy are two words I can describe this dessert. So don’t look for opportunity, but just make these awesome fudge cups.

    I made these yesterday & was so excited about them because of the great ingredients……but….mine never set up hard enough to remove from the papers. I followed the recipe as written. Any idea why this happened, or what else I might do. Yours look fabulous….mine, not so much.
