Hi! In this such a good summer day, I want to share with you one such a good recipe of Jell-O Lemon Bars. I like lemon as an addition to cakes or some desserts. But I hate it as cosmetics. I remember I was young and when I studied at school I had some problems with my skin at some period of my life. I had acne at my forehead and I worried about that fact. I didn’t know what I should do. My school friend advised me to try a lemon to avoid acnes. She told that skin of the face should be chafed by lemon juice. I believed her and had a mind to fight against acnes. But, to improve my result I was washing my skin very often by the lemon juice. As a result, my skin was so dry and red:) So, I flied into a furry and went to the doctor. And the right cosmetic, healthy style of my life, heathy food and different cosmetic procedures helped me to look great. So, please, don’t believe in different light way to get rid of acnes or overweight. All these ways can produce bad consequences.
As a matter of the fact, I only wanted to share with you the recipe of Jell-O Lemon Bars. So, it’s very yummy light summer dessert. All ingredients you need in divided in half (for the icing and for the base). The list of ingredients you need:
For the base: yellow cake mix, lemon Jell-O gelatin, eggs, water, vegetable oil
For the icing: powdered sugar, lemons, lemon juice, melted butter
Now you should preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In the middle bowl mix together all ingredients you need to do a base. Stir them well. Prepare a glass pan, spray it with non-stick spray and pour your base to it. Then bake it for 35-40 minutes. To make icing, mix together all ingredients needed for the icing and stir them very welly. It must be homogeneous mass. When the base is prepared, pull out the base from the oven and make holes across of the base. Pour the frosting on the top of the base and put the pan into the fridge for 1 hour. Decorate with a season fruits or chocolate. Serve cold.
