I think this is very important to feel happy in our life and to know how to found positive in everyday matters. I really try, but sometimes I understand that this is impossible. My usual day starts with a smile and I really want to continue it with the same smile. And today I have done it! I have seen my happiness in the smallest details. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not always angry and severe (ok, just a little sometimes). I mean we forget to enjoy every moment, but this moment will never happen again.
This morning I have remembered one beautiful paleo recipe for breakfast. Why did I forget about it? I don’t know. I saw it once at The Cafe Sucre Farine, added to my “favorites” and forgot. Today I have made it and, trust me, this one took me by surprise. Great idea and nothing difficult! Paleo Granola is full of vitamins and useful products. There are almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes and honey, that make this dish sweet and incredible delicious. The original recipe contains a lot of kinds of nuts and seeds. This is not necessary to add all of them into your breakfast. I modified the recipe and added dried fruits instead of some kinds of nuts. I have got perfect granola and definitely the best I have tried before.
