Looking out of the window I notice how nature change every day. I often think about how I can help my children avoid different diseases related to reducing temperature and coming cold. Ohhh it’s sad to be sure that summer moved off and winter is coming soon…

This is difficult period of changing weather and raining… As for me as a caring mother I always support immunity of my family. So, yesterday I passed almost 2 hours surfing the net to find healthy dessert with season fruits. I wanted to see something easy to prepare and something very yummy. I wanted this dish colorful because I know that the best way to stimulate appetite is pretty appearance of the meal. I didn’t imagine something better than pumpkin. This is really great source of vitamins and color. It is very popular ingredient in fall. Combining pumpkin with soft Greek yogurt this dessert can be a healthy and yummy bomb! So, hope this dessert will help you always be in a good mood.
