Sugar Cookies Bars



Hi, my dears! The greatest season of the year and the best weather for me inspire me to look for some new recipes and make them true in my kitchen. Today I want to share with you the recipe of the yummiest Sugar Cookie Bars. I must say that this recipe requires a few efforts and time. I very often chose some easy to prepare desserts, because I am a mom and I really don’t have a lot of free time.
The process of preparing Cookies Bars should be divided into the preparing of cookies and frosting. So, look into your fridge if you have enough ingredients, and if something is missed – go quite to the shop and let’s cook together!

So, you need:
Cookies:
Bread flour (or all-purpose flour is fine), baking powder, Salt, butter, softened, granulated sugar, egg, sour cream, vanilla extract,
Frosting:
Cup butter, softened, powdered sugar, Vanilla, Pinch of salt, Several drops of food coloring (optional)

I want to get acquaint with this amazing dessert and tell what you should do to prepare this one. First, you need to preheat oven to 375 degrees, prepare a baking dish and start to do cookies. Put on the table medium and large bowl. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. I creamed it about 5 minutes. Add egg, sour cream and vanilla. Beat it. Then add flour mixture and beat it until well combined. Gently press the butter into the baking dish and help yourself using hands, previously butter them. Bake 20 minutes and let it cool.
During our cookies cool, we will do a frosting. In a medial bowl, cream together butter and sugar like we did it early to prepare a batter. Add some vanilla and salt. At the end add a food coloring until desirable color. Then frost our cookies and decorated as good as you want (by nuts, by fruits or chocolate chips…)
