I have sweet tooth. I love desserts so much, but I don’t have a lot of free time to prepare different difficult cakes. Because it requires to make dough, cream and topping. Except it you need to decorate your masterpiece. You should be attentive and creative. Every dessert I made includes the part of my heart. I like it, because I am creative person and I like to cook. But I have some special days, when I’m so tired and so busy to decide what I want to prepare. At these moments I look for some yummy recipes like this one. The main advantage of this recipe is that this cake is easy to prepare and very-very delicious. I must to specify that this cake is Gluten free and vegan. I used only useful and delicious ingredients for this dessert to give it not only perfect taste, but also enrich it by good chemical elements, and avoid harmful substances.
Yesterday I woke up and looked out of the mirror and understood I needed to be on a diet. I must about my health and health of my family at least. I recognize I can’t limit my children in food, because their organism grows and develops. They run all the time or pass time studying. I think this is very important to feel happy in our life and to know how to found positive in everyday matters. I really try, but sometimes I understand that this is impossible. My usual day starts with a smile and I really want to continue it with the same smile. And today I have done it! I have seen my happiness in the smallest details. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not always angry and severe (ok, just a little sometimes). I mean we forget to enjoy every moment, but this moment will never happen again.
